Is your packaging plastic-free?

Looking after the environment is extremely important here at Pet Storehouse, which is why we are starting to move our treats and foraging products over to our new cellophane bags.

Cellophane bags are made from natural plant materials making them 100% biodegradable and compostable, our bags do not contain any toxins or harmful chemicals.


We also offer a brown paper bag service free of charge for our customers who prefer to use just paper products. Leave us a message when ordering that you would like your products packed in paper and we will do the rest.

My pet doesn't like .... can I exchange it?

Whilst our treat boxes are based on a pet's favourite treats and forage foods, we appreciate that not all pets like everything we put in our boxes.

Pet Storehouse are happy to exchange any product in our treat boxes for any food items we sell on the site with comparable prices and quantities.

Please leave details for your exchange in the customise box on the treat box page of your choice before checking out or drop us a message via email or through our online cha system.

Can I visit your shop?

Unfortunately, collection in person isn't currently possible. We can only dispatch orders by mail and courier services.
